You may return or exchange products within 30 days of the original delivery date. A return made within 30 days of the original delivery date will be refunded in full to the original form of payment. Returns or exchanges may be made up to 60 days after the original delivery date, but the product must be unused and unopened. Returns made after 30 days will be refunded in the form of store credit. A pre-paid return label can be requested by emailing Brianna at bsoller@spalon.com. You may also request returns or exchanges in store at any of our locations, however your return or exchange will not be processed in store. The items will be returned to our E-Commerce team who will be in contact with you. Shipping charges may be refunded depending on the reason for your refund. You may not be refunded for shipping charges if:

1. Your return was declined by our E-Commerce Department

2. Your return was not due to an error by Spalon.

Route Package Insurance is not eligible for refund.
